Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. During busy seasons such as Christmas, processing may take longer, and we will notify you if there is a delay.

Some orders are shipped directly by suppliers in China. Tracking information may update later than the actual shipping time, which does not mean your order is delayed.

Estimated delivery time is 15–40 days, with about 80% of orders arriving within 30 days.

Items may be shipped from our factories, warehouses, or overseas warehouses based on your location and stock. Most items ship from China. US shipping options are available for in-stock items, with delivery in about 2 weeks (US domestic only).

We inspect and pack all items carefully. If your package arrives damaged, we will provide a reasonable solution.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the order price.
